How we write our newsletter

Our email tool fills in each customer's name. In the editor we type the merge tag and it becomes their name when the email is sent:

Subject: Fresh loaves this weekend, {{first_name}}!

Newsletters go out on Thursday evenings, when open rates are highest.

Every issue links to the weekend menu.
